EDITOR; The Vauxhall Agricultural Society, in association with the local farmers’ market, put on four bench shows, which replaces the agricultural fairs of the past. These bench shows are open to all residents of the Vauxhall and district, including the smaller communities surrounding the area. You do not need to be from the farm to participate. The participation of our first bench show of 2011 had a dramatic drop from the past. We understand everyone’s lives are busy, but would like to explain the importance of participating in the bench shows. The local agricultural society has supported the local area for many years, and request people take the time to support this traditional event. The show details are explained in the coloured books available in local businesses. Those who have any questions, call the local members of the agricultural society, and they would be happy to assist. THE VAUXHALL AG SOCIETY MEMBERS Vauxhall |
