On Oct. 31 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., Vauxhall Community Church will play host to ‘The Wonder Dome’ by The Joe Show Entertainment.

Joe Goslin, owner of Edmonton-based business Joe the Show Entertainment, said he has been performing professionally for over 10 years and has been to Vauxhall many times giving performances involving magic, comedy, and ventriloquism shows, mobile laser tag, and his Foam Cannon.

The Wonder Dome, Goslin explained, is the newest addition to his business and the Vauxhall event will be free for people to enjoy.

“The Wonder Dome is a mobile inflatable planetarium that is 24 feet wide and 14 feet high, with seating for up to 80 adults,” said Goslin. “Inside, we have a 360-degree screen and a 4K projector that brings the films to life all around you! I’ve had the Wonder Dome for about a year now, and I’m excited to bring this unique experience to communities and schools.”

For this event, Goslin said two 30-minute films will be shown. The first film, Goslin noted, will be Destination Solar, a film that involves taking a futuristic journey through the planets and solar system and exploring the wonders of space. Goslin says that the second film, titled Animal Kingdom, will involve discovering the incredible world of animals, from bugs and penguins to elephants, crocodiles, and many amazing creatures in between. To ensure that as many people as possible get to experience the films, each film will be shown twice.

“I’m looking forward to bringing the Wonder Dome to Vauxhall and sharing this exciting experience with everyone!” said Goslin.
