Taber RCMP respond to serious motor vehicle collision near Barnwell

On Sunday evening at approximately 6:30 p.m., Taber RCMP responded to the scene of a serious collision on Highway 3 and Range Road 174 near Barnwell.

Traffic was unable to proceed through the collision scene, and Highway 3 was closed in both directions. 

Just before 8 a.m. on Monday, Taber RCMP advised that Highway 3 is now clear and traffic could resume. 

An update regarding the collision was expected from Taber RCMP late on Dec. 8, but has yet to be received with the information unavailable as of press deadline.
